2. Document and Data Handling
All documents and data processed through IntermodiQ are handled with strict security and privacy standards. Uploaded files are processed **ephemerally and in-memory** — meaning they are analyzed within secured runtime environments and never written persistently to disk unless explicitly stored by the customer.
Once processing is complete, data is immediately discarded. We do not permanently store, resell, or share your company’s documents or structured data with third parties.
3. Authentication and Third-Party Services
We use trusted providers such as Auth0 and Stripe to handle authentication and payments. These services operate under their own compliance and privacy frameworks (including GDPR and SOC2), and we never store your passwords or full payment details directly.
4. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all data tied to your account is purged from our systems.
